Ingredients

• X1 cup of aloe vera gel
• X2 ripe avocados
• X2 tablespoons of honey
• X1 teaspoon of peppermint oil

Steps 

1. Prepare your diy aloe vera gel and set it aside.
2. Cut two ripe avocados, add to a blender, and pulse until it is a smooth, creamy consistency.
3. Add the honey, peppermint oil, and aloe vera gel to the avocado, and blend thoroughly.
4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and it should be ready to use.

Application

1. Spritz your clean hair with water until it is damp, but not wet.
2. Apply the mask to your hair strands, thoroughly coating the hair until the tips. Apply in sections, twisting the completed section before moving to the next, until your whole head is coated with the mask.
3. Cover with a shower cap and leave on your hair for 30 – 45 minutes, before rinsing out.

Recommendation

To treat damaged hair, use the mask once a month for 6 months and then revert to applying it once in 2 or 3 months, once your hair has recovered.
