Best for

DIY Chebe hair butter is best for:-

🌺Taming frizz.

🌺Strengthening hair and maintaining hydration.

🌺Managing excessive shedding.

Ingredients

  • X4 tablespoons of Shea butter
  • X1 tablespoon of Chebe powder
  • X2 tablespoons of Olive oil
  • Optional: X1 tablespoon of sweet almond oil

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Using the double boiling method, melt the oil and the butter mixture, stirring occasionally for 1 hour.
  3. Set it aside to cool for about 15 minutes, before straining the mixture into a bowl.
  4. Cover the bowl with a lid or foil and then place the mixture in the freezer for 20 minutes. After this period, the liquid will have solidified. (*Nahazo tip: Do not leave it in the freezer for too long, as it will become too hard, making mixing difficult.)
  5. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and using a hand mixer, whip thoroughly for 10 – 15 minutes until you get a creamy consistency
  6. Optional: You can round it off by adding a few drops of sweet almond oil (or your preferred essential oil) before transferring it to a mason jar.

It is now ready for use.
