Spinach has the following nutritional value:-

🌺 Folate;
🌺 Vitamin K;
🌺 Vitamin C;
🌺 Vitamin K; and

3. Spinach and Apple Recipe for Hair Growth

Ingredients

• 350g baby spinach
• X2 granny smith apples (cored and thinly sliced)
• ¼ thinly sliced red onion
• 100g goat cheese crumbled
• 1 cup (toasted) walnuts / pecans
• ¼ cup dried cranberries / or pomegranate seeds

For the dressing

• Extra virgin olive oil
• Apple cider vinegar
• Lemon juice
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Add the spinach, apple slices, onion, crumbled cheese, nuts and cranberries to a salad bowl and toss.
2. Mix the dressing (olive oil, ACV, lemon juice & salt and pepper) and whisk until mixed.
3. Drizzle with the dressing and toss to mix.
4. Garnish with the remaining cheese and a spring of parsley.
