2. Which cut of steak is best?

You may ask, isn’t all steak the same?

The answer is yes and no.

Some steaks are better for pan-frying / grilling than others. Rib-eyes steaks are a good alternative for their high fat content that retains moisture, and prevents having a dried out, rubbery meal.

Fillet Mignon and New York Strip are also great for pan-frying.

However, regardless of the cut, make sure that you properly manage your temperature, as well as not cook it for too long.

4. The last word

Now that you have your hair on track from the inside out, you also need to feed it from the outside in.

Organic products that nourish both your hair and scalp are great for treating thinning and dry hair issues caused by low iron levels. Instead of expensive store-bought products, set aside time and make your own DIY Hibiscus Hair Butter or DIY Rosemary & Clove Hair Butter

These products give great hold and are effective at sealing in moisture, as well as thickening thin strands. Definitely worth the investment when you are dealing with hair thinning due to anaemia.
